Blue lace flower

Flower of the Day: Blue Lace Flower (Didiscus, Trachymene Coerulea) It seems like we have so many types of lace flower but they are all so amazing and different that we can’t pick a favorite. (Maybe Blue Lace Flower is our favorite!) First and foremost, the flowers exist in a few colors. At Rainbow Springs we grow the blue and a dusky, light pink… and this year they are taking off! These sweetly fragrant blooms originated in Australia around 1828. It’s been almost 200 years that people have been loving these little ladies! Their delicate umbels of sky blue and shabby chic pink are irresistible in any arrangement, the perfect addition. The bees are living amongst them but they are hearty growers so never fear… we have solid pollinator accommodations in their hoop house bed. They are cousins to dill, fennel, and carrots but not at all edible. Their best uses are getting lost in their beauty, starring in midsummer daydreams, and feeding the birds and the bees. They really are part of living your best life! We have quite a few so feel free to place an order today… or tomorrow… or next week! We’d love to bring a little joy to you in the way of pure, unadulterated Blue Lace mini miracles! #rainbowspringsflowerfarm #coloradoflowerfarm #bluelaceflower #beesknees #pollinatorheaven #smallfarmgrowing #handcraftedflowers #justforyou #laplatalocal #supportyourlocalfarmer #shopsmall #growingjoy #beehaven #thanksforlooking #womeninfarming #femaleflowerfarmer #checkoutourwebsite rainbowspringsflowerfarm.com 🌈🌹🌺🌼🌻🌷🌸💐
